Name: Hiei

Personality: Being alone for a lot of his life on top of being outcast Hiei has found he rather simply be alone. Even with this he finds himself yearning for company, not that he will admit it. The only people he truly let get close to him were those he called a team. While he would never tell them those people were the only friends he really had. Anyone who has earned Hiei's trust and respect has also earned a strong ally. If a young female who even remotely reminds Hiei of his sister comes in contact with this very tsundere demon...they may find they have not a secret admirer but a secret protector.
When Hiei encounters something he doesn't quite understand he tends to act as if he does care, even if inside he is overly curious. When others are not around or he thinks no one is looking he is quick to investigate anything that peeks his interest. This is only increased when he is in an unknown surrounding. Of course if anyone even so much as hints at his curiosity he will either vehemently deny the accusation or chalk it up to being prepared for anything.
As it is Hiei is quick to anger and annoy, just as the element that he seems to favor so implies. This said he simmers down a bit, leaving him to brood over what ever it was that annoyed or angered him. This said, being a demon many things about the human world confuses Hiei, and even more so now that he is in Unova. He does not understand technology, no matter how many times Kurama or the others may have tried to teach him. Give him a sword and he's happy, that's pretty much how simple Hiei is.
Powers: In his cannon Hiei started off as an S rank demon when he was very young. After gaining his Jagan eye his power level diminished greatly. By the Dark Tournament he was about a high B or low A rank. With this comes many powers, including super speed, after image, and the ability to summon the Dragon of the Darkness Flame. That said upon appearing in Unova something happens...Hiei's powers are nearly gone completely. Something about them not being compatible with his surroundings. He is stil faster than most but his speed no longer is able to create an after image. The only real powers I would like him to keep would be his Jagan eye, that is because it was something he had to go through a grueling and extremely painful surgery to obtain, as well as his mastery of the sword. Again his sword mastery is something he trained over the years only slightly enhanced by his demonic speed.

All I remember is an explosion...

Third-Person Sample:
[The C-Gear seems to be broadcasting from the ground, camera pointed up to find a rather annoyed looking young man. He looks short, save for his rather tall hair. What is he trying to make up for his height? At his feet a Houndour is sitting sniffing at the screen before looking back at the young man.]
What? I'm not picking it up.
[Again the young man seems to glare before suddenly the pokemon picked the C-Gear with her teeth, obscuring the feed with her mouth. A groan is heard.]
Fine.
[The screen shifts once more before it shows the young man, now closer. He seems to be wiping off the slobber from the contraption. It takes a minute before suddenly the feed is turned off.]
